| Aye-aye Arm - The aye-aye, a prosimian primate, native to Madagascar, has a unique arm design. Although the aye-aye lacks a truly opposable thumb, its third finger is much longer and narrower and has the ability to rotate nearly 360 degrees. This finger allows for collecting grubs and pulp, from deep inside fruits and trees, by using a scooping and spearing motion. The aye-aye can also use its rodent-like incisors to gnaw bark and aid in locating insect prey.
