Chihuahua Skull - The Chihuahua is considered by many to be the smallest dog breed with a weight of only 2-4lbs. This breed is believed to have originated in Central and South America from the Aztec culture. This lap dog has a flattened face with a brachycephalic skull. The skull often displays an open fontanel, an adaptational feature of this breeds tiny skull.
