The family Felidae is comprised entirely of cats. There are thirty-seven species are found throughout the world. Cats possess some impressive traits such as large eyes for good vision, sharp retractable claws and long slender canine teeth. All these combined make cats some of the most effective predators alive today. All felids belong to the Order Carnivora.

Due to US Fish and Wildlife CITES regulation changes, a CITES form 3-200-26 is necessary for the export of the following species from the United States; Bobcat, Lynx, River Otter and Alaskan Gray Wolf. This form is issued from Washington D.C. and averages between 60 and 90 days to process.
