Red Uakari Skull - This species is native to the upper Amazonian region of South America. The red uakari inhabits the rainforest canopy where they feed on leaves, fruit and insects. This species is gregarious, living in troops ranging from 10 to 100 individuals. Uakari populations have drastically declined in recent times due to habitat destruction and over-hunting.
