Details
The Bush Hyrax (Heterohyrax brucei), also known as the yellow-spotted rock hyrax, is native to much of central Africa. This herbivorous species inhabits rocky hillsides and outcrops, feeding on a wide variety of plants. Hyraxes are also highly social animals but can be ferocious biters when threatened.
