The moustached guenon is a primate species native to West Africa. It is named for the distinctive white streak running down its nose, resembling a mustache. They are arboreal creatures, spending much of their time in trees, and are known for their agility. Moustached guenons are omnivorous that feed primarily on fruits, leaves, insects, and small vertebrates. They live in social groups led by a dominant male and play a significant role in seed dispersal within their habitat.
