Tsessebes are striking antelopes found throughout Africa. They have a unique coloration, with a reddish-brown body and white legs, as well as a white underside. Males have a long, curved horn and females lack horns. Tsessebes are grazers and feed on a variety of grasses and aquatic plants. They are mainly solitary animals, but can form small herds during the dry season. Tsessebes are known for their speed and agility, and are capable of outrunning most predators. They are also very alert and wary of predators, making loud snorting noises when disturbed.
