What is the #BoneBox: Limited Edition?
A: #BoneBox: Limited Edition is a subscription service that delivers real osteological specimens right to your front door every month. Only available for a limited time, your Limited Edition box will feature six different species, all of which have never before been featured in the standard edition of BoneBox.
What can I expect in my Limited Edition box?
A: Each box will contain one skull, an animal fact collector card, plus a “bonus” item. The bonus items for Limited Edition will include artwork, custom Skulls Unlimited merchandise, and more. Part of the fun is not knowing what’s coming each month, therefore we keep that info top secret!
What is the value of each box?
A: The value of each box varies but will always exceed retail price when purchased from our website.
What is the quality of the skulls you include in BoneBox?
A: The specimens you can expect in your Bonebox will be "A" or "B" quality and may exhibit minor imperfections. If you feel you’ve received a skull that is less than a “B” quality, please reach out to us.
Where do you get all those skulls?
A: We get our material from natural and predator deaths, road kills, food source by-products and legal hunting & trapping operations. You can read our entire mission statement on our website.
I subscribe to both Bonebox: Limited Edition and your standard BoneBox. How can I tell the difference between the two?
A: Look for the gold “Limited Edition” sticker that will be affixed to the top of your Limited Edition box.
Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We have tried to find a solution for our overseas friends, but the restrictions and fees currently have our hands tied. Due to Wildlife export restrictions, BoneBox is only available to the lower 48 States*, Alaska, and Hawaii. *This excludes all US Territories, APO and FPO boxes.
When do you ship out your packages and when does my card get charged?
A: We ship Limited Edition boxes the third full week of each month*. Renewals are charged on the first of each month. *Please note certain holidays may delay shipment dates.
If I sign up today when will I get my first box?
A: If you subscribe before the last day of the month, you will receive the following month’s box. For example, if you sign up on or before June 30, your Limited Edition box would ship to you on during the third week of July.

How easy is it to cancel my subscription?
A: While we hate to see you go, canceling is just as easy as signing up. You can cancel through the Cratejoy website, or if you prefer, you may contact us by phone or e-mail and we will take care of the rest.
