A: The BoneBox is a monthly subscription service that delivers a curated collection of high-quality natural bone specimens to your door. Each box includes a real animal skull and other osteological items, offering an exciting and educational experience for bone enthusiasts and collectors.

A: Every BoneBox contains a real animal skull, expertly prepared with collector-grade authenticity. The Beginner Collection includes one animal skull, a bonus osteological item, and an animal fact card. The Enthusiast Collection features a larger, more impressive skull, paired with an insightful animal fact card. Bonus items in the Beginner Collection may include claws, stickers, teeth, fossils, or other related merchandise.

A: We offer two subscription tiers:

• BoneBox Beginner Collection: Perfect for new collectors, this tier includes one animal skull, a bonus osteological item, and an animal fact card. It comes with a 10-month no duplicate guarantee.
• BoneBox Enthusiast Collection: Designed for experienced collectors, this tier includes a larger, higher-value skull and an animal fact card, along with a 6-month no duplicate guarantee and exclusive discounts.

A: Yes, we offer a no duplicate guarantee. The Beginner Collection has a 10-month no duplicate guarantee, while the Enthusiast Collection has a 6-month no duplicate guarantee. Although over 40 unique species have been offered in the Beginner Collection, inventory supply may not always allow for all subscribers to receive unique specimens each month after their 10th delivery. This ensures that you'll receive unique items throughout your subscription, but duplicates may occur after the initial 10 months due to inventory constraints.

A: BoneBox is available for shipping within the lower 48 States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to US Territories, APO boxes, or FPO boxes due to wildlife export restrictions.

A: Your first BoneBox will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Renewals are billed monthly on the same calendar day as your original order and typically ship within 1-5 business days of the renewal date. For example, if you place your subscription on May 15th, your renewal will be on June 15th.

A: Each specimen in the BoneBox is prepared using dermestid beetles, then degreased and whitened to ensure an attractive and sanitary display. Expect "A" or "B" quality specimens, which may exhibit minor imperfections, reflecting their natural origin.
