The Shetland Sheepdog or Sheltie is a breed of herding dog. They closely resemble a Rough Collie in Appearance but are smaller in stature and are not direct descendants of the Rough Collie. This small working dog is intelligent, vocal, excitable, and eager to please. They are incredibly loyal-some owners will call them "Shadow" because of how attached they become to their families.
