The bongo is Africa's largest forest antelope, a herbivorous and mostly nocturnal forest ungulate. The thing to notice is the horns, which are lyre-shaped and slightly spiralled, and the bongo is the only tragelaphid in which both sexes carry them. You can also see the reddish-brown coloration pattern and the robust cranial structure, which makes this a good piece for comparative anatomy study or museum display. There's just the one.

This real vervet monkey skull is mounted jaw-open on a dark wooden plaque, so every tooth is on show, canines included. Hang it in a study, a classroom or anywhere that could use a conversation starter.
